We want you to love what you ordered. If you’re not completely satisfied, you’ve got 30 days from delivery to send it back for a refund or exchange — no stress, no attitude (except maybe from Skully).

🏍 How to Start a Return

Before you mail anything back, please start your return first:
Email us at rider@ironandclover.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll walk you through the next steps.

Returns sent without approval will be refused and returned to sender — don’t let that cost you your 30-day window.

🧾 Return Conditions

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging (tags, parts, and accessories included).

Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation).

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund minus a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping charges aren’t refundable.

🚚 Return Shipping

You’re responsible for return postage unless we made a mistake or the product arrived damaged.
Use a trackable service and keep the tracking number for your records.

💰 Refund Timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after your return is received and inspected.

🔄 Exchanges

Want a different item? Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

You’ll cover shipping both ways.

We’ll confirm product availability before finalizing the exchange.

If the replacement costs more, you just pay the difference.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear shows up damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery.
Send photos or details so we can make it right.
We’ll cover return shipping and either replace the product or issue a full refund.
