We do our best to get your gear on the road fast — but please keep in mind that shipping times may occasionally be slower than usual due to carrier delays or supply chain issues. We appreciate your patience while we work hard to keep your orders moving.

🕒 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive another email with tracking info once your order has shipped.

Please note:

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes unless the order qualifies for USPS shipping.

Orders placed with a P.O. box that can’t be shipped by USPS will be canceled and refunded.

Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events.

📦 Shipping Methods & Carriers

We primarily ship through UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on which option gets your order to you fastest and most cost-effectively.
Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after leaving our shop.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order’s weight, size, and destination.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on select items or categories — when available, they’ll be clearly marked on the product page or during checkout.

💬 Tracking & Updates

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can keep an eye on your delivery.
If you don’t see tracking details after 4 business days, check your spam folder or reach out to us.
