The Gerbing 12V Heated EX Pro Jacket is the ideal all-weather companion for motorcyclists, designed to withstand the elements while providing top-tier comfort & protection. This durable, windproof, & waterproof jacket is perfect for 3-season riding, but when paired with its removable 12V heated liner (included), it transforms into a true 4-season powerhouse, offering warmth even in the coldest conditions. Whether you're commuting daily or exploring the world, this jacket is built to perform.

Made with premium materials like a genuine 500D CORDURA outer shell & featuring industry-leading components such as YKK zippers, Knox CE-rated armor, & 3M reflective panels, the EX Pro is both stylish & protective. The jacket is also coated with DWR (Durable Water Repellent) for enhanced water resistance, & the breathable AQUATEX G-Liner membrane ensures waterproofing without sacrificing ventilation.

The removable 12V heated liner comes equipped with 7 Microwire™ heat zones—collar (1), chest (2), sleeves (2), & back (2)—providing rapid & even heat distribution. It also includes light insulation & a zipper rail for easy attachment to the outer jacket. Like other Gerbing liners, it allows for the connection of heated gloves, pants, & socks (sold separately) via internal stow pockets.

Designed to plug into your motorcycle, snowmobile, ATV, boat, or even airplane, the Gerbing 12V Power System offers unlimited heating power at any speed or temperature. For operation, the jacket requires a Battery Harness & Temperature Controller, sold separately.
